A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. We are experiencing delays with parcel delivery due to COVID19. It can take up to 30-40 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. 

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will take usually up to 3-6 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 7-8 business days to dispatch.

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located and if you order more than 1 item. Tail of Joy will not be responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be applied to your product.
